Scientists in Sweden, among them the Greek researcher, Eleni Stavrinidou, have developed an ‘electronic’ rose by implanting circuits inside the vascular system used to distribute water and nutrients in the plant. Researchers at Linkoping University in Sweden created analog and digital electronics circuits inside living plants. Read more…

Eleftherios Petrounias emerged supreme on Saturday claiming the gold medal in the gymnastics world championships in Glasgow Scotland. Petrounias celebrated his win by dedicating his gold medal to his father, who passed away a few weeks ago. The Greek athlete overcame his rivals with a 15,800 score. His success in Glasgow means that he secured a place in the upcoming Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games. Read more…
