Επιτυχημένη παρουσιάστρια στην Αυστραλία
Η Ελένη Κάπαλος είναι διάσημη δημοσιογράφος στην Αυστραλία και η παραγωγός, σκηνοθέτης και σεναριογράφος του ντοκιμαντέρ «A life of its Own».
Η Ελένη Κάπαλος γεννήθηκε στις 17 Μαρτίου 1971 και δηλώνει υπερήφανη για την ελληνική της καταγωγή.
Το 1994 ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική της πορεία ως ρεπόρτερ στο Νιούκαστλ της Αυστραλίας.
Για πολλά συναπτά έτη εργαζόταν στο ραδιόφωνο και την τηλεόραση, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Nine Network όπου έγραψε και σκηνοθέτησε το βραβευμένο ντοκιμαντέρ σχετικά με το κλείσιμο του BHP, το 1998.
Το 2001 εντάχθηκε στο εργατικό δυναμικό του Nine Network ως ρεπόρτερ καλύπτοντας πληθώρα σημαντικών ειδήσεων όπως το σιδηροδρομικό ατύχημα στο Waterfall της Αυστραλίας αλλά και την περιβόητη δίκη της συμμορίας των βιαστών στο Σίδνεϊ. Επίσης, ήταν η κύρια ανταποκριτής στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του 2004 στην Αθήνα.
Το 2006, ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται στο Network Ten ως συμπαρουσιάστρια στο δελτίο ειδήσεων. Η Κάπαλος εκείνη την περίοδο έκανε πολλές ζωντανές μεταδόσεις μερικές από αυτές είναι οι καταστροφικές πυρκαγιές στην Αυστραλία το 2009 και ο σεισμός στο Κράισττσερτς.
Η διάσημη δημοσιογράφος έχει εργαστεί και στα τρία ιδιωτικά δίκτυα της Αυστραλίας αλλά και στα δύο δημόσια. Πρόσφατα ολοκλήρωσε τη συνεργασία της με το Seven Network έχοντας επιτυχημένη συνεργασία τόσο στην εκπομπή Today Tonight αλλά και στην εκπομπή Sunday Night.
Εκτός από την επιτυχημένη επαγγελματική της πορεία ως δημοσιογράφος, η Κάπαλος είναι η παραγωγός και συγγραφέας του “A Life Of Its Own”, ενός ντοκιμαντέρ που εξετάζει την ιατρική χρήση της μαριχουάνας. Το ντοκιμαντέρ θα προβληθεί τον Ιούνιο του 2015.
Η Κάπαλος είναι πρέσβης της πολιτείας της Βικτόριας όπου και διαμένει και υπηρέτησε δύο θητείες στην πολιτειακή κυβέρνηση.
Είναι επίσης πρεσβευτής του ιδρύματος ερευνών για το καρκίνο των ωοθηκών και μέλος της συμβουλευτικής επιτροπής.
Η Κάπαλος κάνει το μεταπτυχιακό της στη δημοσιογραφία καθώς όπως η ίδια έχει δηλώσει κανείς δεν πρέπει ποτέ να σταματά να μαθαίνει.

The answers to the covid vaccination issues.
The view of a citizen.
Hi Helen,
First of all I suspect that the most important conversation that we should have after the covid issue settles down, is how Democracy stands up to our modern daily challenges, what are the limitations and what is more important, individual rights or the rights of the masses, especially when it comes to health and well-being.
By the way, the Chinese government has finally worked out how to destroy western financial economies and the so-called Democratic societies without a war. They know this and laugh at us. The covid experiment has shown the way for them. I suspect this is only the beginning of what to expect in the future.
What makes a successful vaccination marketing campaign?
In a Democratic society education, education, education and truthful, honest communication are the most important fundamental ingredients to create trust for the people.
Unfortunately the lack of trust in the governments today does not help the situation. The difficulty is that it’s impossible to overturn this mistrust, in a short time.
The best way to improve the vaccination outcome is:
Show the vaccination non-believers, the facts.
Take the leaders to the hospitals to prove to them the actual situation.
Point out the individual’s responsibility towards society, especially when it comes to health matters.
If that doesn’t work, make them responsible for their actions.
Restrict their movements.
Make them pay for their medical, hospital costs when they get sick. (covid)
Make them pay the medical, hospital expenses for the people they infect with the covid virus.
And in case of the third party dying from covid, take legal action against the non-believer who passed on the covid infection.
OR
Make the covid vaccination compulsory.
Other actions are only a pretense and wasting valuable time and money.
In the meantime, the government should get their act together with the vaccination programme. For God’s sake.
