1. Nympheo

3. Dimitsana

Dimitsana is built on a mountain slope at an elevation of 950 m. It is a stone-built village with remarkable mansions, most of which are now restored. It’s a typical sample of Gortynia’s architcture and it is registered as a traditional one. The statue of Patriarch Gregory V dominates in the central square and also the family houses of both him and Germanos III of Old Patras can be seen. Dimitsana‘s Library contains today about 35.000 books, manuscripts and documents.

Kaloni Grevenon is traditional mountain village built at an altitude of 1080 meters. The specialization of craftsmen (koudarites) in the stone gives the village a typical architectural “color”. The houses are all traditionally and stone made, and the streets of the village are paved.

It is a mountain village of the former municipality of East Olympos, which is part of the municipality of Dio-Olympos, in the Pieria regional unit, Central Macedonia, Greece. Τhe view of the Thermaikos Gulf from the area, is unique. The path to the village and the surrounding area is rich of fauna of the lower Mount Olympus, with forest of chestnut, oak and arbutus.

    Μάλλον δεν έχετε επισκεφθεί την ιστορική και παραδοσιακή Αρναία της Χαλκιδικής κ τον πανέμορφο ορεινό όγκο του Χολομώντα με τα χίλια χρώματα αυτή την εποχή. Διαφορετικά θα είχατε κατατάξει την Αρναία στην πρώτη πεντάδα….

    Στα Ελληνικά βουνά υπάρχουν εξαιρετικά χωριά πολύ γραφικά και ενδιαφέροντα Π. χ. η Βωβούσα στα Ζαγόρια όπου περνά και ο Αώος, σχεδόν όλα τα Ζαγόρια,τα ψηλά χωριά του Ταΰγετου κ. ά.


  3. Μαργαρίτα Καραφωτια

    Ένα καταπληκτικό χωριό είναι και η Ζαρούχλα στην Πελοπόννησο (Αχαια) κτισμένη στους πρόποδες του Χέλμου σε ύψος 1050.Απέχει περίπου 18 χιλ. Από το χιονοδρομικό του Χελμού και 10 χιλ.από τη φυσική και πανέμορφη λίμνη του Τσιβλού.
