Re-Ispire Greece: New business enterprise scheme offers EUR 25,000 prizes

Gaea, the Greek company that producing high quality traditional products, announced an exciting new scheme called ReInspire Greece (www.ReInspireGreece.com) which provides a serious business lifeline for crisis hit young Greeks in the form of a competition.

This new platform aims to stimulate students and graduates to set up their own business by offering generous prizes of EUR 25,000 to the ten best business plans. The lucky winners will then gain invaluable mentoring and business support from Gaea’s panel of ‘business angels’ and global distribution network. This includes attractive lending terms for those who need extra funding for growth.

Partnered with Piraeus Bank and the American Farm School the dedicated website www.ReInspireGreece.com has two goals:-

Firstly to counteract the spiraling youth unemployment and an exodus of talented Greeks to other parts of the globe.

Secondly to offer an incentive for many to set up viable micro industries and kick start vital rural skills which are dying out in regional Greece.

The Competition

Applications must be received by 30th June 2013 and comply with a set of criteria set out on the website. The business plans must relate to an agro food enterprise with no more than five people involved in each application. Winners will be announced on 15th November 2013.

Gaea has produced a limited edition label called Agrilia Estate Antiparos – available exclusively in the US. Endorsed by celebrity US TV Chef Cat Cora and designed as a stylish corporate gift, this exquisite olive oil can be purchased via the website for $50.00 and delivered across the United States
