Greek exports started in 2025 with a positive sign

Despite the international turbulence and the challenges facing the global economy, Greece shows that it can stand its ground in the export field. According to the latest available data, Greek exports recorded an increase of 2.2% in January 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, reaching a total of €4.1 billion.

Most impressive, however, is the performance of the food sector, which recorded an 18.6% increase in just one month. The dynamics of Greek food products, such as olive oil, dairy products, fruits and traditional sausages, continue to conquer international markets, strengthening Greece’s position in the global business landscape.

A typical example is the Greek company Pindos, which announced a 20% increase in its exports for the first quarter of the year. The company successfully participated in the international exhibition Gulfood 2025, further strengthening its presence in Middle Eastern and Asian markets. Such business moves are not only successes for the companies themselves, but also a vote of confidence in Greek production as a whole.

These positive developments highlight the importance of extroversion for the national economy and the gradual change of mindset in the domestic business world. With quality, consistency and strategic targeting, Greek products can not only stand their ground, but also play a leading role in the international arena.

2025 begins with optimism and prospects. And the numbers show that Greece has every reason to continue investing in extroversion and innovation, building a more resilient and competitive economy.
