4 Greek islands among the tourist destinations proposed by National Geographic Traveler
Kos, Kalymnos, Nisyros and Patmos are among the tourist destinations proposed for this summer by the Russian edition of National Geographic Traveler (June-August 2017), which was released with special reference to its cover for the four islands and a 4-page tourist tribute.
“For the reader who is bored of the Russian climate, it is enough to know only one thing about the Greek Dodecanese. Here the days of sunshine reach 350 per year, “says the National Geographic Traveler tribute, signed by Polina Syrnina and Alena Legostaeva.
“You only have to choose which island is ideal for your” note the authors, providing information on each island, their special characteristics, their history and the activities that potential tourists can choose from such as a relaxed sea holiday, yachting, climbing and windsurfing.
The journalists of the Russian National Geographic Traveler participated in a journalistic trip organized by the Press Office of the Greek Embassy in Moscow in cooperation with the South Aegean Region, the municipality and the Kos Hotel Owners Association.
