Madrid Open: Kyrgios won Federer

The 20 year old tennis player from Australia Nick Kyrgios impressed once again, excluding the No. 2 in the world rankings Roger Federer in the Madrid Open.

Nick Kyrgios achieved the second biggest win of his career, after that he won No.1 in the world, Rafa Nadal at the phase of ’16” of Wimbledon in 2014.

Kyrgios won Federer 2-1 in a game that lasted over 2.5 hours. Kyrgios qualified for the third round of the Mutua Madrid Open and now he will face American John Isner.

Kyrgios wrote in his twitter account «Blessed to play one of my childhood heroes Roger Federer. Blessed to get the win tonight».
