Brent Callinicos holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.

He was Vice President and Treasurer of Google Inc. since 2007, responsible for all capital markets, banking and risk management activities.

He had worked different jobs with Walt Disney Co and Procter & Gamble Co. before joining Microsoft, where he was first appointed as a Financial Analyst. In 1998, he served as Assistant Treasurer and as Treasurer in 2000.

He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Platform & Services and Corporate Vice President of Platform & Services Division of Microsoft Corporation since 2006.

He also oversaw the development and support of licensing programs, product licensing and usage rights.

He has been a Chief Financial Officer at Uber Technologies, board member at EOS Climate, and member of the Council of Advisors at FINCAD.

Brent Callinicos has received several awards, like the Risk Magazine award for Corporate Risk Manager of the Year. In 1998, he was named Ernst & Young Global Risk Manager of the Year and in 2009 one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury and Risk Magazine.
