Grigory Leontiadis is currently assistant Professor in gastroenterology at the University of McMaster (Canada). From 2008 he lives and works in North America, researching, teaching, and practicing clinical gastroenterology. This positions followed his work as Lecturer at the Democritus University of Medicine in Alexandroupolis. Crucial for the subsequent medical direction of his career was his participation in it Erasmus ECTS pilot project in England as an undergraduate student.
