The superb olive oil of Messinia

Ladi Biosas is a fine extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil, unfiltered, produced in a small amount by biological methods in Kefalovriso, Messinia, under the personal care and supervision of Vasilis Nikolaidis and his brothers.

It is packed in numbered bottles bearing the signature of the painter-etcher Takis Katsoulidis, who designed the label’s font, and most of the production is exported to the Netherlands and Belgium.

From the picking of the olive tree to marketing and distribution, everything is managed by the family, without intermediaries. They have already managed to make it to the Netherlands with success. Today they produce three types of products under their label: extra virgin olive oil in a 700 ml bottle and two olive oils with orange and lemon flavors, respectively, in 250 ml packages.

“Ladi Biosas _high premium extra virgin olive oil” has managed to combine all the characteristics that make olive oil the strongest export product of Greece in an irresistible package, stylish, modern and with reference to the classic, which extracts to France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Canada.

Its name is a direct reference to “Live secretly”, a phrase that summarizes Epicurus’s philosophy of life. As the group behind the creation and promotion of oil says, the phrase “means living in the margins of the current order of things, in secret, preserving your mental peace above all. It is a completely opposite view of the current one, where celebrity, lifestyle, recognition, and recognition are the essential concepts of modern media reality. “

Ladi Biosas is perhaps the only olive oil that is created with fully vertically integrated production processes from the olive oil to its (award-winning) design. The bottle is distinguished for its simple style, with a discreet inspiration from the Doric rhythm.

Ladi Biosas Orange _high premium extra virgin olive oil is produced in small quantities in a biological mill and the process is very tedious and labor-intensive. The olives are harvested entirely by hand and the organically grown oranges are carefully picked at the perfect point of ripeness. The olives and the fresh oranges are crushed simultaneously. The paste of the fruit with the olives is gently pressed for about 30 minutes at a temperature below 27 °C to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the Ladi Biosas Olive Oil. The smell and flavor that pops up in the olive mill is the most relaxing essential after each production. Then the paste is pressed with a low-pressure machine over a long period of time in order to extract the Agrumato Orange olive oil. The result is a very rare and precious delicate, bright, fresh, intense fruity aroma of Orange Olive Oil with an acidity level of 0.2% which brings it to the category of the Extrissimo of Olive Oils.
