Leah Rubertino is a sports anchor and reporter for CBS.
Rubertino is of Greek-Italian origin and has studied broadcast journalism at the University of La Verne in Los Angeles.
She started her career working for KOTA TV from March 2007 to September 2008.
From September 2008 to July 2010 she worked for WCYB as sports anchor/reporter.
From July 2010 to May 2011 she covered the production of NASCAR Race Hub & Speed Center.
In May 2011, she started working for CBS.
Leah Rubertino received the Hero Award from the Charlotte Knights and the local Fire Department for performing CPR on a man who suffered a heart attack during a baseball game.
