Peter Parthenis Jr. took over Grecian Delight Foods after his father Peter Parthenis Sr. and through his management, Grecian Delights Foods has seen record sales and profits year after year despite the unstable economy. It is the leading Greek Food Supplier to the foodservice and retail industries.
Parthenis graduated from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business Management. He also went to the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business where he completed his Executive Education Program. At the same time with his studies, Peter Parthenis Jr. was deeply involved in his father’s business and in 2007, he took over after already working 15 years inside the company. In 2009, he started his MBA in Northwestern University at Strategy/Marketing & Finance till 2011.

Except Vistage International organization, he is also member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and is also a board member of the Hellenic American Leadership Council, an organization of under-40 second-generation Greek Americans that is focusing on ways to help and give back to their community. As President of Grecian Delight Foods, the company has participated in many humanitarian aid causes. One of those was to the Hurricane Katrina victims in 2008.
