Travel and Leisure published the annual list of the best places to travel. We know that people will travel far and wide for incredible food and drink, which is why that was a key factor in our decision-making. The 50 destinations that made the list this year include one of France’s lesser-known wine regions, America’s next big dining spot, and a buzzy Greek island.
“Kitesurfers have long made a playground of the breezy beaches of Paros, and no wonder: this sunshiny isle is a Cycladic triumvirate of sandy shoreline, history, and culture. Last summer the island debuted a new airport, opening it to larger aircraft and more vacationers. And the fishing village of Naousa, with its boxy white architecture and seaside tavernas, is increasingly sophisticated” is mentioned about Paros.
