Mickey Maous was Greek for 2 days, as Disneyland at California was covered in white and blue colours and Mickey dressed in traditional “fustanella” attire and tsarouxia!

During 25 until 27 of May a special celebration was held with the title “Opa! A Celebration of Greece”. Visitors of all ages had the chance to experience different activities, listen to Greek music, dance and of course taste Greek food.

Each day from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., two areas offered special experiences such as: Olympics training with Hercules, Atmosphere entertainment by “The Citizens of Greece”, live performances from Greek musicians and dancers, Special Greek food offerings, Greek wine tastings, live performances from Greek musicians and Kalamatianó line dances.

Many Greek celebrities took the chance to experience the festivities and didn’t hesitate to take pictures with Mickey such as Nia Vardalos.
