In the 1950s the 20 years old carpenter Dimitris Ferentinos, is visualizing the concept and manufactures the wooden beach-racket. He wanted to combine his love for sea with his work.

His business started at the early 1960s at George Street in Koukaki. He remained there until 1969 when he moved to the Deligianni street, behind the Panteion University.

In 1978 D. Ferentinos met Maria Papanastassiou, who undertook the management and development of his business after his sudden death.

In the 1990s starts to work with the department stores KATRANTZOS Sports, PANELLINIOS MARKET, KLAOUDATOS, KAZOS, LABROPOULOS, FOTIS-SPORT, which are located in Crete in Chania. The very same year the company decided and moved into an area of 90 square meters on the 19th Frangoudi Street behind the Panteion University.

In 1991, she invests in new modern production’s machinery so as to modernize business.

In 1993, her company, TO AGORI, becomes the exclusive representative of the business TRETORN(tennis equipments) in Greece.

In 1994-1995, she is working with PANAFON at promotional actions around several cities of Greece like in Halkidiki, Kalamata, Chania.
In 1996 she begins collaboration with the sports PETER SPORT stores in Thessaloniki.

In 1997 the company moves to new premises of 200 square meters on the 26th Frangoudi street, always behind the Panteion University.

In 1998 begins collaboration with DIMKA Ltd. for the exclusive representation of the AGORI goods all over Greece. The new Century starts strongly for the AGORI by manufacturing 30.000 raketes for ELGEKA SA in a series of promotional activities for the larger Super Markets nationwide.

In 2001 she begins collaboration with the largest chain of sporting worldewide  INTERSPORT, as well as with  the department stores Fokas SA.

In 2002, the production staff is increased to five people.

The aim of the company is to become active mainly in the European Union
